- Steel body includes a wedge with forked edge on one end and a push pin on the other.
- For hinges that are open at the bottom, insert the pin and tap to push the pin up.
- Otherwise, insert the fork-shaped edge under the pin and hammer to lift the pin.
- Once lifted, the fork is used to lift the pin all the way out.
