The RUBI PRO-EDGER 45 diamond grinding wheels allow high-precision dry mitering to be performed on all types of ceramic tiles, natural, artificial, or sintered stone with thicknesses of up to 0.59" & 0.78" inches (15 or 20 mm), depending on the wheel model selected.
The range is made up of varied grinding wheels that always allow the best results to be obtained. All the wheels in the RUBI PRO-EDGER range have a union of diamond grains through the "vacuum brazed" welding system that guarantees high resistance of the diamond particle, as well as high performance of the wheel.

- The coarse grain of the TURBO TWIST wheel allows us to roughen the edge of the material, more quickly, before giving the final finish with the use of a fine grain wheel.
- Fine-grain wheels should be selected depending on the maximum thickness of the part: 15 or 20 mm.
- Using the different granulometry correctly will allow us to ensure that the worked surfaces are smooth and homogeneous. Thus obtaining the desired results and the best performance of our products.
- All RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheels are for exclusive use with the RUBI PRO-EDGER mini-grinder accessory. It is recommended to use RUBI PRO-EDGER wheels at speeds between 9,000 and 12,000 RPM.
