Commercial Project

Rockland's Food Court

“La Cuisine” project at Rockland’s mall is located at the crossroads of highways 15 and 40 in Town of Mount Royal. It offers customers a balanced space between dining and seating areas in order to promote special moments of intimacy and discovery. Inspired by the latest trends in design and catering, the culinary experience has been completely redesigned to make it a gastronomic avant-garde space.

The food fair offers many subspaces with different atmospheres. Some emphasize sleek details and maximum brightness, others, soft and comfortable alcoves. All these combined spaces succeed in creating an elegant harmony through the use of noble materials such as wood, copper, leather and large 24" x 48" porcelain slabs with marble and concrete finishes. These elements combine strength and performance for a timeless design.

This project was carried out by Humà design + architecture, in collaboration with Architecture 49. Once again, they demonstrate their expertise in creating exceptional indoor environments.
